Welcome to onyourmark.life (“Platform”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). By accessing or using our website, mobile app, or booking services, you (“User”, “Customer”, “Client”, “Attandent”, “Attendee”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 OnYourMark Life is a physiotherapy wellness platform that enables users to find the best treatment possible through home visits with qualified physiotherapists.

By using the platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

If booking for a minor or elderly dependent, you are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring safety during home visits. 

 You agree to:

• Provide accurate personal and medical information required for safe physiotherapy treatment.
• Ensure a safe and appropriate environment for home visits (clean, pet-controlled, smoke-free, abide by POSH and Harassment-free etc).
• Any Complaints from the users should be routed through our official website or by reaching out to support@onyourmark.life 
• The OYM Admin team is responsible for investigating the issue and acting accordingly.
• Treat practitioners with respect and follow the instructions provided during and after sessions.
• Avoid using the website or Mobile app for unlawful or fraudulent activities; any such activities against the law will be channelled by the legal department of UDP PHYSIOCARE PRIVATE LIMITED

We will:

• Verify and onboard qualified physiotherapists.
• Provide secure scheduling and payment facilities.
• Ensure reasonable service availability and customer support.

We are not responsible for:

• Practitioner availability changes.
• Any injuries or losses due to inaccurate information provided by the user.
• Any Bookings scheduled ourside On Your Mark.Life official Mobile App.
   

• All bookings must be made through the official Mobile app only. You can download the mobile app from the App Store and the Play Store. Official Links are available on our website.
• Payments may be collected online or at the discretion of the platform.
• Prices for services are listed on the platform and may change without prior notice.
• A booking is confirmed only after payment (if online payment is required).

• Physiotherapy outcomes vary based on an individual’s health condition and adherence to exercises.
• Users must inform the practitioner of any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or discomfort.
• If the user does not have enough knowledge, the attendant should be responsible for letting the practitioner know about all the medical information, including any specific suggestions provided by the doctors.
• Users can express their discomfort during the treatment procedure to ensure safe and hassle-free sessions.

The platform is not liable for:

• Any direct or indirect injury, illness, or damage arising from services provided by practitioners.
• Any direct or indirect injury, illness, or damage before or after the sessions. Users or Attendees are responsible for letting the practitioner know about any discomfort during the session.
• Practitioner delays, schedule issues, or conduct.
• Loss of data due to technical issues, force majeure, or third-party service failures.
• Any Bookings, meetings scheduled outside On Your Mark.Life Official Mobile App

We collect and process data as per our Privacy Policy. Please see our Privacy Policy.

By using the platform, you consent to data collection, storage, and communication with practitioners strictly for service delivery.

 You should not:

• Misuse the platform to harass, threaten, or abuse practitioners.
• Use false information to book appointments.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our services.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the website with the revised date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of courts located in Telangana.
